Funkelfell’s Cloud Cocoa

Mrs Funkelfell drinks her cocoa in the café every day. She likes it best with big marshmallows that are as cloud-soft as her fur.

So schwer: sehr leicht · So lange: 10 minutes · So viel: 2 mugs · Das machst du: put on the marshmallows

Das kommt rein

  • Basic hot cocoa recipe (see above)
  • 10 large marshmallows

Das brauchst du

small pot, whisk, 2 mugs.

So wird’s gemacht

  1. Make the cocoa following the basic recipe.
  2. Fill into the mugs and let it cool for 1 minute so the marshmallows don’t melt straight away.
  3. Put 5 marshmallows on top of each. They float like little clouds.
  4. Serve with a spoon, because you eat the half-melted marshmallows first.

DÖs Tipp: Grown-ups can toast the marshmallows briefly with a kitchen blowtorch. Then they taste like at a campfire.
